Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shopify application provided by Thedevstro ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to manage the Shopify store on which the App is installed.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App.
  • Interfere with the App's operation.
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Shopify Relationship

Our App operates on the Shopify platform. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own terms and policies.

5. Fees and Billing

If the App includes paid plans, all subscription charges and billing are managed exclusively through Shopify Billing as part of your regular Shopify invoice, unless otherwise stated. We do not process payments directly and do not receive or store your payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content, remain the exclusive property of Thedevstro.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thedevstro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if continued access presents security or operational risks. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
